Body: Constructed of Laminated Fiberglas which prevents rust to ever appear and bonded to an additional inner chassis frame for more stability.
Chassis: VW Beetle, sandblasted, chemically cleaned and prepared, primed and painted, new floor pans fitted with insulation board. All chemicals used are supplied by companies such as Würth, Mike Sanders, Bernes, etc.
Gearbox: Rebuilt VW or Porsche (depending on engine fitted). New VW gearbox available on request.
Front suspension: Genuine VW new adjustable front axle, adjustable bump and rebound HD gas shock absorbers and HD anti roll bar.
Rear suspension: VW Beetle IRS, adjustable bump and rebound HD gas shock absorbers and anti roll bar.
Engine: Flat 4 air-cooled VW Type 1

Construction Time: Depending on model built construction time is from 10 to 24 weeks after the order and down payment received.
